Kenneth L. Smith, company founder, has been an Oilfield Consultant for over 18 years and has been working and supervising in the oil and gas industry most of his life.

Proudly serving in the US ARMY, as a 19th Combat Engineer in Vietnam, their mission was to upgrade and construct roads, airstrips, ammo supply dumps, manage drainage, operate rock quarries or any type of construction task. Kenneth excelled in this area and was promoted to E-5 and made Operations Sgt. His duties included being in charge of heavy equipment and supervisor of all construction projects. Detailed reports of progress were kept and reported to his superiors. Safety was a priority, and multiple daily mine sweeps had to be performed to keep his crew alive and get the job done so his mission could be completed.

Returning home Kenneth got his start in the oilfield based on his construction knowledge, supervision expertise and strong work ethic. As a Construction Supervisor, he was responsible for getting rig locations and roads in place for multiple projects, meeting strict timelines successfully, for many years.

With 75 years of combined, hands on experience, our consultants have committed most of their lives working in the oil and gas industry just like the founder, Kenneth L. Smith.

Safety is a must on the job site. Our routine safety meetings with contractors help us ensure that everyone is following guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

We diligently work with Surveyors, Landmen and Landowners to stake projects in cost efficient buildable areas while keeping environmental impact to a minimum thus reducing surveying cost by reducing time in the field.

We provide experienced, quality Lease Operators to take care of all Lease and Well Production operations. We report well production as instructed by client and strive to ensure wells are producing to their fullest potential.
